Connect Claude to Subs'n'Docs.
Ask about your subscriptions, documents, cards and deadlines in plain words, and add records by chat. You choose whether the assistant may only read or also add and change. It can never delete or cancel anything. Connecting is included in every plan.

Before you start
You need a Subs'n'Docs account (start free), because the assistant works with your own records. The server address is:

Connect Claude
- In Claude open Customize, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
- Paste the address above and press Add, then Connect.
- Sign in to Subs'n'Docs: enter your email, open the link we send you, and you come back to a page that shows what the connection can do.
- Leave “Also allow it to add records” off for read-only access, or tick it to let the assistant add records and make the changes you ask for. Press Allow.
- In a chat, open the connectors menu and turn Subs'n'Docs on.
On a Team or Enterprise plan, an organization owner adds the connector first in the organization's connector settings, and each member then connects with their own account.
What the assistant can do
These are all the tools it gets. The first four only read; the others add or change records, and only if you allowed changes.

Privacy
What an assistant reads is sent to that assistant and handled by its provider under its own terms. We store only the connection itself: the assistant's name, what it may do, when it was approved and last used, and hashes of its access keys. See the Privacy Policy for the details. Questions
What can an assistant see?
Names, dates, prices, currencies, categories and the card a subscription is paid with (network and last four digits). Never your notes, links, storage places, your email address or full card numbers.
Can it change or delete my records?
Only if you allow changes on the consent page, and then only the actions listed above: add a subscription, a document or a deadline, renew a document, mark a subscription paid. It can never delete or cancel anything, whatever it is asked.
How do I let a read-only connection make changes?
Disconnect it in Settings, connect again, and tick the box that allows changes on the consent page.
How do I disconnect?
Open Settings, then AI assistants, and press Disconnect next to it. Its access stops at once. You can also remove the connector inside Claude.
The sign-in link did not arrive or has expired.
The link works once and expires after 15 minutes. Start the connection again from your assistant and a new one is sent. Check your spam folder, and write to support@subsndocs.com if it still does not arrive.
Does it cost anything?
No. Connecting an assistant is included in every plan, Free included. Your assistant may need a paid plan of its own to add custom connectors.
