What we store

Subs'n'Docs stores only what a reminder needs: item labels, categories, dates, optional prices and currencies, optional card nickname, network, last 4 digits and expiry month, and the profile names you create.

We do not ask for and you should not enter: scans or photos of documents, document numbers, full card numbers, CVV codes or passwords.

Account and sign-in

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Your email address is your sign-in identifier and is stored with your account. We do not use or store a password.

Sign-in emails are delivered by our email provider, Resend, which receives your address for that purpose. If you connect a Telegram chat for reminders, we store the chat identifier needed to deliver them.

How we use it

To show your dates, calculate reminders and deliver them through the channels you enable. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or share it with third parties, except the service providers needed to run the product (hosting, database, message delivery, and payments once billing is open).

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in and protect requests from forgery. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can export all your data and delete your account from the account settings at any time. Deleting your account removes your items, profiles, reminders and calendar feed.

Changes and questions

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date above. Questions can be sent through the Contact page.
