How to ask
Send the email you used at checkout through the Contact page. Refunds go back to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card provider.
After a refund
Your account returns to the Free plan. Anything above its limits, including extra profiles, stays in your account and can be exported, but cannot be edited until you are within the limits.
