The service

Subs'n'Docs is a web app that stores dates you enter and reminds you about them. It is a memory aid, not legal, immigration, financial or tax advice.

Your responsibility

Reminders depend on the dates you enter and on third-party channels such as Telegram and calendar apps. Always confirm deadlines and requirements with the issuing authority or provider. We cannot guarantee that every reminder is delivered.

Do not upload or enter sensitive data the service does not ask for, such as document numbers, full card numbers or CVV codes.

Plans and payment

The Free plan includes 4 active subscriptions, 4 active documents and 4 active deadlines, for one person. Lifetime is a one-time payment that raises the limit to 250 active items and adds profiles for several people, pets, vehicles and property, as long as the service is offered. Payment cards, archived items and cancelled subscriptions do not count toward the limits. Prices are shown before you pay; payments are handled by our payment provider.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people’s data, disrupt the service or use it for anything unlawful.

Availability and changes

We may change or discontinue features. If the service is ever discontinued, you will be able to export your data first. The service is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows our liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
