How buying Lifetime works

Questions about plans and payment

Is Lifetime a subscription?

No. It is one payment of $29 and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to add to your own list of subscriptions.

What does "Lifetime" mean?

It means the life of the service, not of the person who paid: you keep Lifetime for as long as Subs'n'Docs is offered. You can export your data at any time.

Who takes the payment, and what does it cost in total?

Our reseller Paddle.com takes the payment and is the Merchant of Record for every order. The final price, with the taxes that apply where you live, is shown on its checkout page before you pay. We never see or store your card.

When does Lifetime turn on?

Within seconds of the payment, on your own account, with nothing to install or enter. You sign in, open Settings and Plan, pay, and come back to the app.

Can I get my money back?

Yes, within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Paddle handles refunds: you ask for one at paddle.net with the email you used to buy. Your account then returns to the Free plan.

What happens to my records if I go back to Free?

Nothing is deleted. The oldest records stay active within the Free limits; the newest ones above them are paused: still listed and in your export, but not editable, with no reminders until you are within the limits again.

Do you store my card details?

No. The payment is made on Paddle's checkout page. We receive only the order number, the amount and whether it was paid or refunded.
