The problem

Every subscription starts with an email: a receipt, a welcome message, a trial confirmation. All the details are in there, but typing them into a tracker is the step people skip, and the charge arrives anyway.

How Subs'n'Docs helps

  1. 1

Copy the text of the receipt or confirmation email, or turn on your personal address in Settings and forward the email to it.

  2. 2

The name, price, billing period, next payment date and card are filled in, and anything unclear is noted. A forwarded receipt waits as a draft on your overview, and in Telegram if it is connected.

  3. 3

Check the form and save. Nothing is added until you do.

Useful facts

  • Pasted text is read in your browser. It is not sent anywhere and not stored.
  • Receipts from payment providers are understood too, with 57 currencies and their symbols.
  • You can also send the text to the Telegram bot and confirm it there.
  • A forwarded receipt is read once to prepare a draft. The text itself is not stored, and a draft that you do not confirm is removed after 14 days.
  • Gmail asks you to confirm a forwarding address. The code from that email is shown in Settings, so you do not need to look for it.

Questions

Do you read my mailbox?

No. Nothing is connected to your mailbox. You paste the text of one email, or forward the receipts you choose to your personal address.

What if it cannot read something?

It leaves the field empty or notes what it was unsure about, and you fill it in. It never guesses a price or a currency.

Is the receipt stored?

No. A pasted text is read in your browser. A forwarded email is read once to prepare a draft, and only the fields it found and the subject line are kept until you confirm or dismiss it.
