The problem
A new card arrives, the old one expires, and a week later streaming stops, cloud storage is locked, or a domain fails to renew. Nobody remembers every service that was charged to that card.
How Subs'n'Docs helps
- Add your cards — only a nickname, network, optional last 4 digits and expiry month.
- Link subscriptions to the card they're paid with.
- Before the card expires, get a list of every linked subscription and tick them off as you update them.
"Card lost or blocked" button — instantly shows all subscriptions to move to another card.
Useful facts
- Cards usually stay valid until the last day of the month printed on them.
- Some banks and services update card details automatically, but not all — and not in every country. Checking takes minutes; a failed renewal can cost a domain or saved data.
Questions
Do you need my card number?
No. Never enter a full card number or CVV — we only need the expiry month and, optionally, the last 4 digits.
Do cards count as items?
No, cards are free.
