The problem
Domains live at different registrars, paid with different cards, sometimes on a client's behalf. Renewal emails land in old inboxes. An expired domain or certificate takes a site down — or loses the domain entirely.
How Subs'n'Docs helps
- Add domains, certificates and hosting plans (auto-detection of expiry dates is planned).
- Link them to the card they're paid with — so a card change doesn't silently break renewals.
- Get reminders in Telegram and your calendar.
Useful facts
- Public TLS certificate lifetimes are being shortened in stages (to 200 days from March 2026, heading to 47 days by 2029), so automated renewal and monitoring matter more every year.
- After a domain expires, registrars usually offer a short grace period, but its length and restoration fees vary by registrar and domain zone.
Questions
Do you check my domains automatically?
Not yet. For now you add the expiry date yourself; automatic detection is planned.
